For instance - Let's say an IC of mine with an EIN # is named:
"Banner Events DBA The Pony and Horse Show World Tour"
On the form and the print out is is only listing:
"Banner Events DBA The Pony an"
It is too short sometimes for both IC's using an EIN and IC's using a SSN
No need to worry. You may abbreviate the name if needed. Make sure the EIN/SSN# is correct and the IRS will be able to positively identify the correct Payee.
