Question

The online turbo tax form has a preinserted refund of over $33K. How can I change it or delete it?

Did you import your 2018 tax return into your 2019 tax return?  You should check any W-2s that were imported to see if any have federal tax withheld.  If this is the case edit the W-2 to remove the federal tax.
