Clicking continue will then get you to a non-consent form, make sure to click I don't agree. You'll have to do this multiple times until TurboTax finally files your return!!

You are not required to enroll in MAX. It is an optional add-on package for any paid version of TurboTax Online. It offers a variety of benefits and personalized assistance after you file your taxes. 

You do not have to elect to add it. Try clearing your cache and cookies if the program does not allow you to proceed.
