Question

The page to input my credit card information to pay my federal tax due keeps freezing. I have tried on both Edge and Chrome, there must be a software bug.

If the product is running slow, try deleting cookies, cache, and browsing history.

Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding how to delete cookies, cache, and browsing history: Troubleshooting online issues

@SForrestLO

This did not fix my problem. The problem is not that the page is running slow. The problem is the page freezes when I try to click on any of the boxes to enter my credit card information (see attached image). This does not happen on any other payment page and happened in both Edge and Chrome after clearing browsing data.

Intuit has put a hold on you for billing purposes.  Call after 11:00 AM Eastern time M-F.  The department that handles this is on Mountain time.  It is only department that can resolve this.
