Received from the Department of Justice as a result of lawsuit settlement, Turbo Tax ask for a specific format of the ID numbers but what I received from the Department of Justice has no dashes in it, which format should I choose?

Choose the format that would be xx-xxxxxxx. This format would indicate a Federal ID number instead of a Social Security number.
