Question

THE PROGRAM IS GLITCHING - it tells me to "please delete this zero" - when I do that and hit continue it reloads the same message over and over

I am done and I am in the "final review" of my federal return - I am being asked to remove a zero on form 1095-A - when I do and hit continue it brings me to the same EXACT page

Use the Chrome browser and clear browser data for all time 

  • Sign into TurboTax
  • Delete the Form 1095-A
  • Enter the 1095-A again being careful to not put any zero in a blank field.
