The program is not calculating my Recovery Rebate Credit correctly for my daughter was born in 2020. How do I fix this?

My daughter was born in June 2020 and I am trying to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit for her. However, the Turbo Tax software keeps saying I received all that we should. It seems to be an issue with many people? Is turbo tax going to fix this?

Did you happen to receive payments for an older dependent that was not qualified to receive it? If you received a payment for a dependent that turned 17 before Dec 31, 2020, it was an overpayment and will be offset by the dependent that was born in 2020.
