Question

The site walks me through the process of filing my state return. It says ready to file. When I select continue I get a blank white screen.

I've seen several users with the same issue (over the last week). I've reported this to TurboTax Moderators. So far, I've had no reply. I will certainly update you with further info.

I'm wondering if TurboTax is still waiting on some state form for your return. The states often lag with the forms availability. So sorry for the inconvenience.

If you're Efiling your Federal and State returns together, some users have experienced the blank screen. Try Filing Federal and State Returns Separately.
