The software is stating that I have wages on a W2 from an American Territory and can't efile. This is in no way the case. Any advice to help?

Please review all your Form W-2 entries in TurboTax. The issue is probably just the result of a mistake entering the two letter state code in Box 15 from one of your income source documents.
