The system is not saving my work when I move from screen to screen. What do I do?

I complete the necessary information and the system is not saving it. The system acts as if it was never entered and it says "needs review". What do I do?

You may want to log out, clear your cookies and cache, and then log back in to see if that helps.

Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.
