The tax agent is not responding

The system has been changing the tax agent that is handling my tax submission. Now the tax agent - Candance is not responding at all.

 

I have paid for full service and to date my tax is not submitted. Is there anyone going to respond?

Sorry you're having that trouble, but this is mainly a user community forum.   You'll need to phone TurboTax Support for help with your issue.    If you have no luck with TurboTax Support in getting connected back to your tax agent, I've also posted a page to contact a liaison in the office of the president of Intuit.
