The Turbo Tax forgot password question is in a "symbol font" and I cannot change it. My response is not recognized. How can I fix this problem?

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
