The TurboTax system in 2020, 2019 and 2018 only recognized 1 tax payer when 2 were entered. 2 separate W2. All of the W2 earnings were only recognized for 1 tax payer.

I have reviewed this with the tax audit team and they see the 2 separate  W2 in the system. How do I get in touch with turbotax to have this corrected since I paid for the audit protection and mistakes  coverage

Note - You probably entered the W-2's for both of you for the same person instead of individually.
