Question

The updater freezes when I try to start my State return making it impossible to start the State return, how do I proceed?

I have uninstalled Turbotax and reinstalled already, same result. I have completed the Federal return, printed and complete. If there was a way to proceed to the State return without updating I could proceed.

The product I purchased was for Federal only with the option to add states (I think they were $45 each). Maybe you have the same one?
