Question

The version I download was not the same version I purchased (Bought TurboTax Deluxe, but got TurboTax only)

My family bought the Turbo Tax Deluxe 2021 PC Version. He gave me one of the codes so that I could file mine as well. However, I am a Mac user. He downloaded the MAC version for me but it was Turbo Tax only, not the Turbo Tax Deluxe he used (and bought). Please help. Thank you.

Did you install it? What version does it say? I noticed this year the icon and program file name doesn't say the version, it will when you open it. My friend has a Mac and it doesn't say the version and put the app in a different order in the App folder. I'm going there Wednesday to do her taxes. It probably the right version. Even if it's not, All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.

I wouldn't worry about that. There is no Turbo Tax without a version.

This was what I was talking about. The DELUXE was missing, but I bought the deluxe version. I guess is this happening to everyone? I did the first page of tax return, but it felt strange to me. Thank you
