Question

The website won’t let me enter Door Dash info, I try to skip it and it bounces back to whether or not I want to import from Uber Eats. Help?

It stops on a page asking if I want to import from Uber Eats, I don’t drive for them and when I try to skip it or enter manually it keeps returning back to that page.

There is currently an investigation to see why this is happening.

If you received a 1099 from Door Dash, try entering it by typing '1099-NEC' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to 1099-NEC'.

Or, go to Wages & Income > Self-Employment Income and ADD/EDIT your Business. If you haven't set up a Business yet, you can do so here by answering a few questions.

Then you'll come to a page where Expenses are listed. Scroll down to Add Income for This Business.
