There is a section that says that the irs has blocked some of my forms and I don't know what to do

You cannot use the "Online" software for 2021 taxes anymore....that was permanently closed back at the end of October.   Online TTX software is only for 2022 taxes...to be filed in 2023.

To do your 2021 taxes now, they can only be printed and mail-filed (unless you go to a local tax pro to have  them done)

To use Turbotax, you would have to prepare them using the Desktop/download software, installed on a full Windows or MAC computer.  You can buy the 2021 software as a download here:

And again...only printed and mail filed by YOU at the local Post Office  (use a tracking method at the Service Counter)
