Question

there is no menu on the left to choose Tax tools and Clear out and start over , only have Tax home and documents

    You have to be accessing the 2024 online tax return and then you have to select one of the section of the program to Review/Edit, such as Personal Info, Wages & Income, Deductions & Credits, etc.

    If you don't see this menu from TurboTax Online, open any section of your return. For example open your W-2 Section as if you were to edit it, and then look again for this menu. See Images below for reference

     

    1. Does your Screen look like the one on the bottom? (No left menu panel)

     

    2. Open any Section and click on the Pen Icon as if you were going to edit it

     

     

     

    3. The left menu panel will pop up
