Question

There was a withholding for 2019, but I did not pay it. Turbotax requires me to include a payment I did not make.

Form 2210, Line D is $0. When I put $0, it keeps coming back.

If the program is listing a payment you did not make then you need to go to that section of the program and make that correction before trying the 2210 section again.
