This does not work 20 min still no answer, can i file my 2018 tax with this software/ and also got zero dollar for my state how do i know your software got all my info

As for doing your 2018 return, you can do it with TurboTax, but you will have to use the desktop software that you will download to your computer - the Online system is only for the current tax year (2019).

For instructions on how to do this, please see this TurboTax FAQ on how to file a prior year return.

As for your state, you should have printed off or otherwise saved the PDF copy of your state tax return. Please look at them and see if all of your information is there.
