Question

This is getting very frustrating [AZ Form 323 Error]

Over three weeks ago I submitted an issue with Arizona Form 323 where the TurboTax credit limit for 2023 was incorrect and causing an error. The program had $654 as the limit. The correct limit is $655. This is the number I filed last year and both TurboTax and the state of Arizona had no issue with that. This is what the Arizona 2023 instruction booklet has for Form 323:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Credit for Contributions to Private School Tuition Organizations (Form 323)

The allowable current year credit for contributions to private school tuition organizations was adjusted for inflation purposes. For 2022 (NOTE: This is an error. It should be 2023) , the maximum current year credit is:

$655 for single and head of household taxpayers.

$1,308 for married taxpayers filing a joint return.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why is it taking so long to fix this???? It is an obvious error and should be easy to fix. Can I file this return as is without TurboTax blocking it? Here is my original posting of the issue.
