This is my first time using turbo tax. Last year we filed some where else. Now we trying to do online on our own but struggling with the AGI from last year. Now it always got rejected our tax file. Can you guys assist me or please help me to fix thi

If you don’t have your 2019 return, you can order a free digital transcript of your return from the IRS directly through their Get Transcript site (it usually takes around 24 hours to receive the transcript). Or you can purchase a full copy of your return from the IRS. Both versions will include your AGI.
