can I go back and file the regular way?

If TurboTax is not working out - not surprising - and you did not pay any money yet,

you can stop at any time.

You can use your regular way to file, whatever that is.

Note: the tax is so complex now, I don't see how anyone can file without using tax prep software.

Try a different tax software provider.
