Question

This is the 2nd CD I bought from Costco and every time I put it in the computer is tries to initialize and then just ejects. I've used your program every year.Suggestion?

Then try getting the download instead.  Try this....

There should be a card in the CD case that says how to download it and you will need the 14 digit code from it to enter.

Sounds like your CD drive might have a dirty lens or is marginal.
