This will be my last year using TurboTax since your service seems to get worse and worse every year

Not sure why the product is so much worse than previous years. Even the customer service survey is broken! I spend 50% more time using the product with 5 times the number of issues. Even had to delete my state tax and start over as the system "has a glitch" per the turbo tax rep. I will be shopping for a new tax prep tool next year

I found turbo tax worse with multiple screens trying to upsell me over and over during the several weeks I was entering information. One "no" should suffice. I don't like being unsold repeatedly. Like a used car salesman.

Totally agree.  This is my last year of using Turbotax, just wish I had made the decision years ago and saved a ton of money and frustration.  It's difficult enough to do one's taxes without all the distractions of upselling and other costly options.  Sell me up front, or have a tab for people who want to buy more, but leave me alone once I'm working on my taxes.  Been using TT for 27 years now, but the divorce is settled.

I agree! Every year it seems to get worse. For the first time ever this year, I had to completely delete my file halfway through and start over again because the software messed the whole thing up. This is my final year using this washed-up product. I'm not coming back.
