Toddler at Montessori school and Dependent Care Credit?

My 2 year old toddler attends a Montessori school as daycare while my spouse and I work.  (I have their EIN number.)  Is this valid and eligible for the Dependent Care Credit?

Preschool is child care so you can deduct up to $3,000 in expenses on your return as childcare.
