Transmission cancelled

TurboTax Deluxe (2022) Federal + State (VA) on a Mac


When submitting I get a transmission error saying “we’ve run into a hiccup” with a message saying the transmission was “cancelled”.  Also tried to split the federal from state and the error persisted.

I checked for updates, form errors, rebooted, etc and can’t get around it.

 

Any advice?

    I’m using the desktop version, not the site. The article isn’t applicable to my situation.

    Resolved the issue.

     

    This appears to be a DNS (internet connectivity) issue specific to an Intuit site. When reinstalling the software, switching networks, etc didn't work I rebooted my laptop (full power down). When I restarted the software and attempted to resubmit everything went through fine.

    I had this problem repeatedly. Rebooted my computer and restarted Turbo Tax and it worked first try after that.
