As spousal LLC partners in a community property state, you can file 2 Schedule Cs instead of filing a 1065 partnership return.

Turbo Tax Self-Employed handles your personal return in its entirely, including the 2 Schedule Cs. On the Schedule Cs, all business income and expenses should be reported according to your respective shares. If your LLC receives many 1099-MISC forms, you can either enter the income as General Income (avoiding the input of the form) or 1/2 the dollar amounts and report it under both.

You can also use Turbo Tax Business to file a 1065 if you've been doing it that way in the past, or find it easier. If you choose the 1065 option, bear in mind the Turbo Tax Business will not handle your personal return.
