Question

Trying to download 2016 taxes. system keeps showing error message. as a test i tried to download 2017 taxes and that works perfectly but not 2016. any advice?

    What is the error message ?    And are you using a MAC or WIN  system ?

    Seems like there was an FAQ about that a few weeks ago...but finding the appropriate FAQs in this new community is a random event....(nightmare)….

    I agree ... this new forum sucks bricks.  Why did they have to fix  something that was not broken ?  Have you heard anything ?   Is there even access to the moderators any longer ?
