Trying to download Turbo Tax 24 from Amazon

I'm very confused. I purchased Turbo Tax 2024 on Amazon. The email directions sent me to Intuit and then said it would be $99. I haven't had to do that in past years. Continued on, though, to see what happened, and I was able to start inputting tax info, but realized the software wasn't downloaded onto my computer...which usually takes a good half hour. Is inputting into Intuit different from the Amazon software I purchased? My Amazon purchase doesn't have a "Download" button, so I don't know how I'm supposed to do it. HELP!

When directed to the Intuit page to select my Amazon software purchased, there were no selections given, it took me to Intuit ON-LINE taxes (no downloading of software and there's a charge; basically a different tax product, I would have been purchasing a second product). I finally got a live person from Intuit who sent me to this link: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

This page finally showed the different software packages. I selected the one I purchased, and it recognized that I had paid for it and began downloading. Problem solved. Hoping this will help others who purchased on Amazon, and perhaps Costco, etc. , too.
