Trying to firgure our my return statue it’s saying I have wrong info but I’ve used my SSN AND Filed Single

First, make sure you filed in TurboTax.

Go into your TurboTax account and scroll down to "Your tax returns and documents"

Make sure the 2019 return is there and shows as filed.

If it is, give the IRS and/or State websites time to get updated.
