TT 2021 keychain access failing

I'm trying to bring up my return for 2021 and have started TT2021 desktop on my MacBook after years have passed.  When asked for my "login" keychain password, to allow TT2021 to use my confidential information stored in "Intuit ID (....) in my keychain, the password is not accepted.  I did the same with TT2022 and how no problem.  How to fix?

    This may be a tough one to recover.  First, try the password recovery options.
