TT does not accept 0 (zero) or O (letterO) on Box 13 of W2G

I live in California but the winning is from Nevada. On the W2G form that I received, Box 13 has 0 or O. TT doesn't accept either one.

TT doesn't have Nevada on its dropdown list of States.

Forget about entering the Fed ID number because TT still treats it incomplete without selecting a State.

To clarify, are boxes 14 and 15 blank?

Was any state tax withheld?

If no state tax was withheld, you should leave Box 13 blank
