TT2024 claims 5 filings but fails to down load and activate on our other computer; how do we file a second return?

TurboTax 2024 software can be installed, authenticated, and activated on up to 5 different computers that you own, per the TurboTax Desktop Software End User License Agreement for Tax Year 2024.

The TurboTax user license agreement allows one user to install TurboTax on up to five computers that the user owns. This year, users are required to log into their TurboTax online account when they install the program for the first time. So that particular copy of the program and one license code is attached to one user account.

This year, you are now required to log into an Intuit Account to start your download. All your downloads and licenses are listed there in your TurboTax account.

You should have gotten an activation key on your confirmation email. You would download and install TurboTax the same way as you did the first time.
