Question

Turbo easy start extension goes to where it says continue and then it stops. Does anyone know the reason why or what I am doing wrong?

Why why when I go to search engine and search for extend it goes to TurboTax quick extend and it ask do I want to continue and I'm mash continue it does not do nothing. Can anyone give me an idea as to what is going on?

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.
