Turbo efile 3/10/19. 3/11/19 email rejected no irs identity pin. out of country 4/7/19 - 4/26/19. doing bills found no file. did Turbo return $1493. What will happen?

My apologies for not being sure that I understand the situation. However, as I see it

(a) you e-filed your return on 03/10/19.

(b) the return was rejected on 03/11/19 for ID Pin error-- by IRS (?)

(c) you did not see this or were not aware of corrective action

(d) you owed $1493 which were debited (?) from your bank

(e) you were away from the country 04/7/19 thru 04/26/19

So now the question is what to do now. Can you please confirm my understanding or lack thereof.
