If you are using a Mac per TurboTax: It was a known issue, that it has been resolved as of 5/30. For those customers that are still experiencing issues have them follow these workaround steps: Select the Go menu.Choose Go to Folder.Enter ~/Library and select Go.Navigate to the Application Support folder.Open the TurboTax folder.Open the forms folder and extract the state zipped folder listed there.Once completed, relaunch TurboTax.
