As 2019 version for Windows was no longer available directly from INTUIT site, I purchased Turbo Tax 2019 from Amazon. I tried to download and keep getting "Error 630" when I attempt to input License Number. Can anyone help?

Sorry Turbo Tax only supports the last 3 years. You won't be able to activate or update 2019 or prior or download any state program you will need.

Any chance you can get the moderators to contact someone at TTX/marketing who deals with Amazon... to contact Amazon Software Services and have them take down their offering of 2019 TurboTax?

Seems totally improper for Amazon to allow people to buy it now, if they can neither run, nor update it.

And, maybe Amazon Software Services doesn't know 2019 isn't operational anymore.

@dhmhplus2 why are you trying to do 2019 taxes now?

if you are due a refund, the window to claim a refund has passed, so the IRS will not provide you any refund. the window closed on July 15, 2023.

if you owe, then you owe.
