Turbo Tax 2023 freezes when entering form 1099-R

TurboTax 2023 freezes when I try to enter my 401K 1099-R withdrawal. I can enter the information about Fidelity and enter an amount in Box 1. When I move to Box 2a, the program freezes up. I tried deleting the form and creating a new one but nothing works.

It's possible this is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again.

Clearing cache in Chrome and re-starting the laptop didn't help. After speaking to three people from Intuit, the last person recommended uninstalling and re-installing my TT Desktop from the CD and that worked.
