Turbo Tax 2023 is incorrectly figuring the Oregon Kicker refund, multiplying the 2022 FEDERAL tax liability by 44.28% instead of the OREGON tax liability!

TurboTax uses the amounts entered on the screen, Tell us about Your 2022 Oregon return, to calculate the Kicker Credit. The amount inputted in the 2022 Oregon tax liability and 2022 credit for income taxes paid to another state (if applicable) will determine your credit amount

 

To get back to this screen and enter the correct information, please open your Oregon return. Continue through the screens until you get to the page, Tell us about your 2022 Oregon return. On this screen, please enter the correct information to ensure that the Kicker credit is calculated correctly.
