Question

turbo tax 2024 Mac after I was halfway through suddenly crashes. Any ideas how to fix? I restarted and reinstalled

When you uninstalled did you clear your cache and cookies in Safari?  If not, you can uninstall TurboTax then clear cache and cookies, then reinstall. Also reboot the computer before re-installation.

I am sorry I forgot that a tech was calling me Friday. I hate wasting people's time and I apologize.

I did as Vanessa suggested this morning and it still crashes. I should say I am running Sequoia 15.3.2 and Safari 18.3.1.

 

I also created a new user and downloaded and reinstalled with no luck.

The issue also carries over to  prior TurboTax versions 2023,2022,2021.

 

BUT, when I download 2024 to my MacBook Air, which runs Sonoma 14.6.1 and Safari  17.6 it installs and runs correctly.
