Turbo tax 2024 will not open.

I downloaded/paid for Turbo tax 2024 on March 6th and filled in my forms and saved them to my computer. I owed money so waited until today to file. The App will not open and I get an error form to send in. I uninstalled and reinstalled three times to no avail. Ran it as administrator. My VPN is not on. I turned my antivirus off. None of that works.

Please try the following steps

Log out of Turbo Tax.
Clear your cache and cookies
Delete Cache & Cookies
Close Turbo Tax
Shut down the computer
Re-start your computer
Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax.
