turbo tax 21 does not install

on the turbo tax 2021dvd I ran (admin) 

"Turbo Tax 2021 Installer.exe"

it starts with a step or 2 and then fails with see pic below

there is no "setup.exe" on the dvd

 

this is the contents of the dvd

I also tried running the .msi, but no luck there either

 

anybody know why there is the kb893803 on the dvd?

    oops, didn't see the setup.exe on the dvd root, was only looking in the folder, I went to copy the dvd to disk to try running from there, and then I found it. It installed ok, so problem solved
