Turbo Tax Business 2018 locked up

I started my return.  When I was entering my expenses, I chose the method where you enter the expenses by category.  I incorrectly assumed that you would be able to add more than three categories.  When I found out that you can't, I needed to back up and enter a total expenses, and then go through the categorization process.  When I tried to back up and do this, turbo tax locked up.  Now I can't even get to my 2018 return, or start a new one.

In exactly which section were you working and in which product (e.g., TurboTax Deluxe, TurboTax Business)?
