Turbo tax debit Cancelled 😡 my stimulus is supposed to deposit on it!

I went in to my turbo card App and I received a message saying “ card cancelled “. Now, it was not expired and I didn’t cancel it. So, why did it get cancelled? I have called and put my birthday, card number, social security number, snd zip code they ask for and Both phone and online say wrong information. Needless to say I’ve done this numerous times. I have read this same thing has happened to others  in the community and this is a mess right before the needed 2nd stimulus. I’ve tried to acquire a 2nd card and because my info doesn’t go through, I can’t get through to anyone. I’m not filing taxes so I can’t choose that selection , again. So that answer doesn’t work for my situation.  But,  I am waiting in stimulus. What are We supposed to do?  If you have another phone number besides the two I’ve called that we’re not helpful in the least , how can I get another card??

STPGB handles the card. I have these numbers. General: 800-717-7228 and 877-908-7228 along with this number for card replacement, 888-285-4169.
