Turbo Tax Debit Card

Hi. So it's been about 21 days. Turbo Tax says all of my refunds were accepted by the IRS and I even got an email saying I should've gotten my TurboTax Card by now but problem is I haven't received my card and anytime I go on to the IRS website they have no information for me. I'm so angry right now. I am about to start going to a different tax company. I need to know where my card is. My refund is already on it apparently but I still have not received my card.

    If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
