Turbo Tax DeluxeIn Federal tab, I only see wages&income, deductions&credits, other tax situations and review. Why am NOT seeing health insurance section?

You are correct, the health insurance section has moved. This section is included in the Deductions & Credits.
- To go there, from the left menu, select Federal>
- Click Deductions & Credits>Medical and click show more
- Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A) Click Start
If you had insurance through the marketplace and received Form 1095-A, proceed in this section. There is no filing requirement since beginning in 2019, there is no federal penalty for not having health insurance. However, complete the state section carefully since some states have instituted a penalty for not carrying health insurance.
