I am on the phone call with a turbo tax agent live. she called me via the phone and she can see my turbo tax desktop app.
However, she can't see my 1099-B pdf file I got from my brokerage.
is there a way to share that with her? we have been figuring this out for the past 30mins. it's really hard to do tax without sharing my forms with the agent.
