Turbo tax didn't send my payment to irs

I filed my tax return for 2024 and the irs just sent me a letter saying i didn't pay. I have a bank statement that TURBO tax sent it to the treasury.

TurboTax does not send any type of tax payment to the IRS.

If you selected direct debit from your bank for the federal taxes owed, the bank routing and account numbers are sent with your e-filed tax return to the IRS. The IRS will then debit your bank account.

If your bank statement shows a payment to the IRS which is the same amount that is on your federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 37, then you need to contact the IRS using the procedure noted in the letter you received from the IRS.

And if you do see a charge from Intuit/TurboTax on your bank account, then that is just payment for your TurboTax software fees.
