I paid for the full service option meaning a tax expert from Turbo Tax would do my taxes. This person made a mistake and has not responded to my messages. I have called Turbo Tax 3 times and spoken to 3 different people and not one has been able to find a solution. I am requesting that the person who prepared my taxes correct the issue but neither her or Turbo Tax is helping with their mistake.
